Eligibility
Criteria :
- Be a National of ADB member
country (list is given above).
- Not hold dual citizenship.
- Have gained admission into an
approved university and approved degree program.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree at the
time of admission.
- Have at least two (2) years of
full-time professional working experience.
- Age should not be more than 35
years old at the time of application
- Be in a Good Health.
- Must return to the country and
work in his/her home country for at least two (2) years after completion
of studies.
How to
Apply :
- Applicants should request the
information and application forms from the chosen partner institution. In

- Applicants complete the
application and documents.
- Applicant sends documents to the
institution.
- The University evaluates the
application.
- The University sends a shortlist
of candidates to ADB.

- ADB selects scholars and informs
